ADAAA Public Comments Open Now

On September 23, 2009 the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) released draft regulations to implement the employment provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act of 2008 (ADAAA). There will be a 60-day public comment period before the regulations become final. DCP will review the regulations and, if necessary, make comments.
